I take on a small number of engagements each year — usually one to three at a time. That's on purpose. Senior craft and AI-augmented delivery sound like a multiplier (they are) but they work best when I can give a project the attention it deserves.

If you're shipping something where the engineering actually matters — an AI-native product, a migration nobody wants to touch, an editorial platform that has to hold up for a decade — send me a brief. A paragraph is plenty. A Loom is better. A rough sketch on a napkin is best.

I reply to every serious enquiry within two business days. If we're a fit, the next step is usually a 30-minute call to walk through the problem, after which I send a short memo laying out how I'd scope and staff it.
